  • Community Programs Partner Organization Intake Form

  • TDF is a not-for-profit service organization dedicated to sharing the power of the performing arts with everyone. Our mission is to engage a broad and diverse audience by removing the financial, physical and invisible barriers to attendance.

Our Community Programs partnerships help accomplish this goal by working with a range of organizations in the Tristate area to promote theatre access to participants. Our free Community Programs are intended for nonprofit, school-based, and community organizations serving under-resourced or historically marginalized communities. If you are a leader of a community-based organization interested in becoming a Community Programs partner, please fill out this form, including the contact information for two staff members who will receive a free membership to access discounted tickets on behalf of your organization and its constituents.

  • Terms and Conditions:

As a TDF Community Programs partner organization, you agree to the following:

    Ticket Availability

    • A limited number of free and reduced-fee tickets are available each year.
    • Ticket distribution will depend on availability and demand. We cannot guarantee tickets for all requests.

    Ticket Use

    • Tickets provided through TDF Community Programs are intended solely for use by eligible constituents served by the partner organization. Tickets may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise distributed outside of the organization or used for fundraising purposes.
    • Tickets should not be allocated primarily to staff, board members, or donors. Partner organizations are responsible for ensuring that tickets are distributed appropriately and in accordance with TDF policies.
    • Partner organizations are also responsible for coordinating attendance and ensuring that constituents receiving tickets are aware of all relevant ticketing and theatre policies.

    Attendance Expectations

    • Because ticket supplies are limited, it is important that tickets requested are used.
    • If your organization’s group receives tickets but does not attend the performance (a “no-show”), this may impact your ability to receive additional ticket offers in the future.
    • Repeated no-shows may result in removal from the program.

    Communication

    • If your organization is unable to use tickets after confirming them, you must notify TDF as soon as possible so they can be reallocated.
    • Ongoing communication and feedback are encouraged so we can ensure the program continues to meet your community’s needs.
